Sure you can google "boutique business plan" and find free business plan templates. But they're basic, a few pages, and I'm 95% sure it wasn't created by a person with actual Retail Industry experience.
There are so many hidden aspects about launching a store that Google, freebies and newbie entrepreneurs or "gurus" will never be able to explain to you. For example, Clients always tell me they've heard that they should just buy a couple of pieces, put them on their website, and see what sells - just test it out.
That's not how the retail business works. You'll look like a scammy site and people won't buy. You won't have enough product to make someone even trust you.
Plus, they're also just giving you ineffective shortcuts to get started in business, but not telling you that you can't stay in business this way. You'll be out of business within weeks with no product to sell because you were just "testing", and then customers have zero reason to return. Not to mention you won't even make enough to cover your expenses. You'd have to start all over again....
It's time to get real for a second. Sorry to disappoint you, but if you're looking for a hobby or something easy to start and do on the side, this business isn't for you.
Running a store successfully takes planning, thought, and money.
For example, one of the first questions I ask someone who wants to launch a store is "How much in sales do you want to do your first year?"
I typically get the deer-in-headlights look next! And then I give this example:
Did you know that making $100,000 in your store will leave you a little more take home pay than if you were flipping burgers at a fast food joint....
Bet you don't see that realness anywhere else in these internet streets. That's because if the "gurus" told you this, (well for one, it would actually mean they had industry knowledge + experience which most lack), you'd never sign up for their programs or buy their products because it didn't seem easy or attainable enough.
I didn't create a surface level course so that "everyone" would want to invest in it. It's bigger than that for me. I actually care about this industry and helping entrepreneurs who are serious about building a store that will still be around 10 years from now (and by then for them to have multiple stores and brands). I made the Accelerator for entrepreneurs who will invest in gaining the knowledge and tools to make that happen. That means that I will always tell you the truth about every aspect of the business. The good, bad, and the ugly - the stuff that isn't googleable because it isn't catchy, marketing pretty, or viral worthy.
Let's finish my $100,000 example. The reason you likely won't take home more than $20k, is because out of the $100,000 you brought in, around 50% of that ($50k) goes to inventory expense, which is how it's even possible to make that money. The next 30% of that ($30k) goes to salaries, systems and software, admin, marketing, and other expenses. Which leaves you that $20k to take home, before taxes.
The point of this isn't to discourage you, it's to show you the difference between the "fluff" that's out there and the real information you'll get inside the Accelerator.
It's to show you that if you are truly invested in making your store a lucrative business, that you have to know these things to make sure you launch with direction and with a track to profit from Day 1.

This is because it takes time to source unique merchandise, negotiate with vendors, receive in the merchandise, do photo shoots, enter all the products online, etc. and that's just the products. There's the actual store or website design, purchasing tools & systems, the list goes on. There's a lot that goes into launching and running a store if you want things done the right way!
